Employment Pass (EP)
	This is a Work Pass which is issued to an aspiring foreign applicant who holds acceptable degrees, professional qualifications or specialist skills. Applicant's monthly basic salary is above S$2,500. Apply EP pass

S, P and Q Pass

This pass introduced in Singapore with effect from 1 July 2004. S Pass is a new category of work pass which has been an applicant who is offered a monthly basic salary of at least S$1800 is eligible to apply for S Pass.

Generally people who are in Singapore on Long-Term Visit Passes are allowed to work on R, S, P, and Q Passes. Work Pass rules for each passes may vary and controls and criteria may apply depending on the type of Long-Term Social Visit Pass holder.

Work Permit (WP)
	This pass is issued to a skilled or an unskilled worker who is offered with a monthly basic salary of less than S$ 1,800. The duration of any Work Pass is generally two years. Instructions to apply
